2008 SOFTBALL LEAGUE INFORMATION

It is that time of the year.  Softball Season!  The league applications and bills for Hanover, Henrico and the City of Richmond are posted below.  The deadline for payment of the league fees is March 1.  Be sure to print the correct application and bill and send them with your league fee to the Central Virginia ASA office by March 1, 2008.  Entries will be accepted after March 1 on a space available basis and there is a $15.00 late fee for entries received or postmarked after that date.

Please make a note of the date and place of the league meetings and be sure to attend or have a representative there as your league rules will be determined.

Once again in the City, we are offering leagues with a 15-run limit, a 25-run limit, and unlimited runs;  however, the major change is the elimination of a home run limit.  This is done to further recognize that games are won by runs and not home runs, but more importantly it protects the pitcher and infielders that are often endangered when teams have reached their home run limit.
